Join Cathy Vogt, A Natural Chef, in the lovely farm house kitchen & learn how to prepare foods that support your health, your sense of delicious taste & of course the abundance of the beautiful Farm!  Classes are hands-on, and include a wonderful  meal and full set of recipes to take home!

 

 Rolled, layered and wrapped Meals

June- 30th

THIS CLASS WILL BE RESCHEDULED!!  STAY TUNED!!

Welcome the easy days of summer with simple rolled and wrapped foods perfect for on the go eating, picnics and a day of hiking.

We will be using calcium and fiber rich dark leafy greens from the farm as well as other wrapping ingredients to create simple satisfying meals.

 

Portable Grain & Bean Picnic Salads

July 21st

Learn how to combine whole grains and quick cooking legumes with the best seasonal produce harvested at the farm (by you!)  These recipes are great for those on high-fiber diets,  and lo-glycemic choices.  Learn tips on making lo-fat, good fat dressings, how to prepare perfect light grains, storage techniques and more.  On the go summertime easy can be simple, fun and healthy!

 

Making Salad the Main meal!

August 18th

 

Do you want to enjoy cooling, refreshing and balanced meals that are bursting with flavor, texture with ingredients from the farm?  Main dish salads are the perfect foods; learn how to combine those dark leafy greens, fresh herbs and a rainbow of produce from  the garden in new ways.  Add in simple plant based protein components and learn how to prepare a dressing that can pull it all together with just the right pop of flavor!
