Brook Farm Project CSA is now in Westchester!

Start Date:  Tuesday July 7th
Pickup Time: 4 - 8 pm
Distribution Location: Private home on Daly Cross Rd., Mt. Kisco, NY
Price: $150/month for 4 weekly distributions

Local residents are invited to join the CSA for one-month periods (July-November).  You may join for one month, all five months, or any combination in between.  Payment is due by last day of the prior month.

Boxed shares will be delivered to a location in Northern Westchester on a weekly basis.  Shares will consist of vegetables and herbs.  Whole chickens and cuts of beef will be available on a pre-order basis and will be delivered frozen.  All vegetables from the farm are chemical-free and grown in a sustainable manner.  Chickens raised on the farm are fed organic grain from Lightning Tree Farm in Millbrook, NY and are given free pasture to peck around and enjoy the sun.  Beef are entirely grass fed and enjoy free range as they are rotated through our pasture.  No hormones or antibiotics of any kind are given to the animals.

Acorn Hill Farmstead Cheese products are also available to purchase.  Joyce raises a small herd of goats to create the most delicious chevre, feta, ricotta, yogurt, and fudge.  Visit www.acornhill.com
